It works at an individual level, beginning with a desire on the part of the client to create something different in their life and perhaps to accomplish, experience or have something which they do not currently have. It helps the client to clarify what they want out of life, to set goals to achieve this and to meet challenges effectively along the way.
It facilitates increased performance, enjoyment, contentment and peace of mind. It leads you to the place you want to be. It focuses on expanding awareness, improving effectiveness and achieving results.
Coaching is based on the premise that the client has all the answers within themself. It is therefore not advising, telling or influencing. It provides the direction and concentration for the clients’ energies, helping the client to find their own answers and to channel all their efforts towards desired outcomes.
Coaching is a partnership that takes place within a space of trust, safety, support and challenge. In essence, coaching is a catalyst for positive change and success.
