Erica McKinney

The focus of my work is to help you to lead a personally meaningful, fulfilling and rewarding life and to support and guide you in dealing with any challenges you face that prevent you from doing this.  These challenges may be on a physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual level.

I am a graduate of the Brennan School of Healing Europe (Austria and Germany) having completed a 4 year healership training with Barbara Brennan, a world renowned healer and author of best selling books on energy healing "Hands of Light" and "Light Emerging".  I am also a qualified Quantum Touch Practitioner and a Life Coach.

I have studied for 2 years in a therapeutic practice called "psycho-noetics" which is a form of therapy that uses mindfulness, presence and energy to access deep inner knowledge and healing.  I am currently training as a Psychotherapist / Counsellor.

I have a special interest in the area of authentic relationships and communication and in following this interest have undertaken training in Non-Violent Communication and draw on its principles in my work.

I offer Life Coaching, Healing and Stress Management Consultations in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin and in Aughrim in Co Wicklow.  I also run personal development workshops and classes from time to time.

Prior to moving in to healing, coaching and workshop facilitation, I worked for 17 years in Irish financial institutions and have over 10 years management and leadership experience.

My work draws on many disciplines including Brennan Healing Science, Quantum Touch, Life Coaching, NLP, Non Violent Communication, Byron Katies work and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 

Healing and psychology are one of my passions in life.  I have been in Private Practice since 2006.
